The hotel is in the middle of Mong Kok. The rooms are small - particularly the double room where it becomes tight if you have 2 large suitcases - but this is to be expected in Hong Kong where properties are extremely expensive. And we hardly spent any time in the rooms other than to sleep. Our 3 kids shared a family room, which was spacious for Hong Kong standards with a large double bed and single bed, and also more spacious bathroom. There is no breakfast but Langham Palace is opposite the street with a McDonalds breakfast - and there are numerous restaurants near the hotel for local breakfast / dinner. It is a "real" hotel with clear entrance sign and permanent staff who are very helpful and helped us with various questions. If you want to take an airport bus, A 21 stops 1 few minutes from the hotel and is max HKD30. Very comfortable. Subway also easy (MongKok station).

Easy access to train station and a lot of restaurants, it is also near Ladies Market. Cleanliness is maintained in the room. Size of the room is acceptable, wide enough for 3 persons in 1 room.
